Our medical providers primary function in our practice is injecting FDA approved botulinum toxin (Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin) and dermal fillers. This unique acute focus has made our staff masters of injecting which has made these services our specialty.

Elena graduated Medical School in Russia, where she practiced as medical doctor for 16 years. While practicing in Russia, Elena ran her own Aesthetics Center, was the Head of Integrative Medicine Department, Head of Commission for Permanent Disability and Rehabilitation, as well as, a professor at the Medical College School of Nursing until her relocation to United States in 2001.
Elena received her Master Degree as a Physician Assistant from the University of New England in 2006. She is Board Certified and a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistant (FAPA). Elena is a Diplomat in Acupuncture (NCCAOM) since 2004 as well and is licensed in both Florida and Maine.
Aside from her extensive and advanced Aesthetic Medicine experience in Russia, Elena has been practicing as a PA-C in the South Florida area for over 8 years. She has also worked with medical lasers since 1989. She is not only very skilled injector, but Elena has fitness celebrities, models and TV figures as her patient following. She is a true Aesthetic artist and known as a "fixer" among her patients as she has so many times corrected less optimal outcomes caused by inexperienced injectors.
